Who are we
Neighbors Choice Professional Training Services LLC was founded in May 2024 to make caregiver education flexible, accessible, and welcoming to everyone. Our classes are taught online with in‑person skills practice, giving students the convenience of learning from home while still gaining hands‑on experience. Our founder is a nurse student, CNA, and Anesthesia Technologist with over ten years of experience in nursing homes, assisted living, adult family homes, and hospital settings. Her passion for caregiving—and her commitment to teaching dignity, respect, and person‑centered care—inspires our mission to help every caregiver grow one step at a time.
Mission
Neighbors Choice Professional Training Services empowers diverse, multilingual caregivers to confidently enter or re‑enter the healthcare field. We provide flexible, accessible, DSHS‑approved training with clear instruction and supportive learning tools for students of all language levels. Our commitment is to compassionate, person‑centered care and to creating inclusive pathways that help every caregiver succeed in Washington’s healthcare workforce.
Vision
Our vision is to uplift internationally trained professionals, empower multilingual students, and open doors for those returning to caregiving. By fostering confidence, cultural understanding, and practical skill development, we prepare caregivers to deliver respectful, high‑quality care that strengthens families and communities across the region.
